Bakone Malapa Provincial Arts Theatre

Bakone Malapa Provincial Arts Theatre is one of the catalytic development projects being implemented in Polokwane. It involves the development of a state of the art Provincial Arts Theatre anchored by other multi-uses.

MNPC has been appointed as part of the MAYA Group Consortium  under the Phase 1 of the project which focuses on the technical studies required to initiate the project.

Our team is busy with Traffic Studies & Access Applications, Clause 32 Town Planning Application, Bulk Engineering Services Report and Land Survey & Subdivision processes.


Dikgale Mixed-Use Development

Dikgale Mixed-Use Development is a self-contained and sustainable model development which is to be located in the north-eastern side of Polokwane. It includes key land-uses such as housing, commercial, educational, light industrial, retail and leisure facilities.

MNPC has been appointed to undertake all the technical studies and processes required to unlock this megaproject. These studies include town planning processes, traffic engineering, bulk services engineering, geo technical studies, heritage impact studies, environmental impact assessment and land survey and subdivision processes.
